I just don't understand, I played 2 races perfect and afterward it crashes time after time???

Is this the problem --> Processor: AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~1.4GHz
On the box of the game there is written that 2.2GHZ is needed. Is this the reason why it doensn't work anymore?
How can I upgrade from 1.4GHz to 2.2GHz?

Can you help me here plzz?

Tars
