BUGS - What is wrong with this game ?

This is happening several times during 1 hour, and its happening with 2 IRL friends computers aswell..
Whats with all these bugs ? Some of these bugs is happening from PCM 2012
Another one, crashing on loading screen.
Third one, crashing in timer 00:00 before loading screen.
Are you really satisfied playing a game like this ? which you paid irl money with. And it more or less performs like a early beta game.
