Pro Cycling Manager

After installing a setup, the game crashes every time I want to load a carreer.
I'm still able to start up the game, but when I have to chose on the main screen between singleplayer, multiplayer or loading a carreer, the game crashes.

Does anyone have this problem too, or does anyone know what I should do?
