Pcm Won't start

My PCM 2014 won't start , i have the requirements to play it , but when i press play , nothing happens , my pc starts running and then slowly stops en nothing happend only pcm is in my taskmanager.
I have the CD version and updated everything normaly.
I also did in admin-mode
