Steam License Problem

Hi

Today i´ve changed my pc motherboard/processor. When i tried to start PCM14, this happens!
What should i do?

I tried to deactivate the account, but i cannot due to this "license error"

Any Help?

Did you select the error report button ?

Maybe there are some problems with the files integrity.
Try to check it by a right click on PCM 2014 -> properties --> local files tab --> check the integrity cache
(i'm not sure about terms used in english by Steam)

I´ve selected the Error Report Button yes.

I´ve done now the Check integrity of cache, and some files were found "corrupt" so steam downloaded them again, the the error is still there =(
