[PENDING] Graphical issue

Hi,
Since the new patch I have been having a graphical issue where the bikes and helmets don't load correctly and the create a massive flat, wide line of colour across the screen and with and this means that its near impossible to pick out individual riders and you cant do a 3d race. I have re-installed it once and reset the game twice with no luck. is there anything else I can do to try and fix this major problem.

Have you changed the graphics settings of the game, for example by reducing the graphics options?

Are all the drivers, on your computer,up to date? And especially the drivers for your graphics card?

You will need to help we since I am not very good computer tech wise. I have already tried lowers the graphics with no result.

What do you mean up to date? I haven't check that though. But I don't see why any thing should have changes. How could I do this.

Please post your configuration:

1. Press the keys WINDOWS (bottom left) and R.
2. Type DXDIAG and click the button OK from the Run window.

System tab: Windows version, processor model (Processor) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory).
Display tab: name of the graphics controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).
Audio tab: name of the audio controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).
