Invalid CD key issue

I have tried the usual methods of fixing the problem, i.e. reinstalling the game, verifying integrity of game cache, contacting Focus Home support (thrice, no reply), and gotten nowhere. Error can be seen in the image below.
How do I get my game to work again? It is bought through steam, and the image indicates how much I've played it before it went wrong. If any Steam account or other information is required to fix the issue (which is probably the case), please PM me, and I'll pass it along.
