Multiplayer Stage Race Not Tracking GC?

Hi guys,

I have tried to play a Multiplayer Tour de France with one other person using the real name database. From stage 2 onwards, the game does not track the general classification, the green points totals, etc. Is this a known bug or could there be a workaround for me?

Just to say, I'm using the Steam version and it has updated to patch 1.1.0.0. The same problem does not exist in a single player stage race.
