Carrer mode

Hello.

When i start a carrer mode, the game crashes when it's generating new young riders.

Please help

I have the latest version (1.2.0.0)

I installed an database called PCM.daily Expansion Pack 2015 V0.8

Everything is working fine, even the 3D modes, but i always have that problem when i try to start an carreer mode
