[SOLVED] PCM 2015 not started this error

Hello all,

in Monday i bought game pro cycling manager 2015 in steam, yesterday i downloaded this game from steam=>ok no problem.
Then donwload finnished, installation ok=>not problem.
Then i want play the game the game was ot start.
I have new PC my settings are higher then yours recmmoended settings=>no problem here.
I have operation system windows 8.1 legal=>no problem.

When i 2 clikc on pcm.exe file crash.
This error message

Error Code 0xc000007b....

Please post your configuration:

1. Press the keys WINDOWS (bottom left) and R.
2. Type DXDIAG and click the button OK from the Run window.

System tab: processor model (Processor) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory).
Display tab: name of the graphics card (Name) and the driver date (Date).
Audio tab: name of the audio controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).

Please post your configuration:

Please configure Pro Cycling Manager 2015 in administrator mode at startup:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Pro Cycling Manager 2015' and click Properties.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Right click on the application 'PCM' (or 'PCM.exe') and click 'Properties'.
5. Click the tab 'Compatibility' and check 'Run this program as an administrator' under Privilege Level.
6. Click the button 'OK' and run PCM15.

Can you run the game now?

5. Run the application 'DXSETUP' (or 'DXSETUP.exe') in order to reinstall Microsoft DirectX.

REinstall direct x from june 2010 (dxsetup).

But the game stilln ot started same error.

Finally i must format hdd, reinstall windows 8.1 and now game is finally running:)
