Pro Cycling Manager

I found a problem. When playing the game Sky, Europcar and BMC (or COM) don't show their jersey photos in menus or wear their jerseys during races. They wear a default white and red one.

Now the only thing they have in common for me is that when I edited my rider names in the database, I also edited something on those three teams. For Sky I changed the manager's name to read correct, for COM I changed to BMC, for Europcar I think I changed the name of the team to read correct.

So I went back in to the database to check and each time I click on one of those teams I get a little box saying "The key 0 does not exist in DYN_sponsor". So I click in the database editor to re-assign the mini-maillot for that team. It doesn't show so I find the mini-maillot file for that team but I get the following message when clicking edit to update the change "The value 30 does not exist in DYN_team_fkIDsponsor"

I've got exactly the same problem with my PCM 2015 game ! I changed the names of the unofficial teams in the DB ( so mainly BMC and Europcar ) and the mini-maillot doesn't appear no more for those teams, in the DB and in game they are replaced by a pink square.

in the race part the riders of those teams wear those white and red Cyanide jerseys, and that's a pity because I can't correct this : does anyone know how to correct it please? I've been playing on for years on PCM and I've never had this issue with the DB..
