Game keeps on crashing when trying to load Pro Cyclist Mode

I got the game since last week.
The game worked fine for five days, but since January 17 2016 it keeps crashing when i try to load my Pro Cycling save game. It is getting annoying. Everything else works fine. The Career mode works fine but the Pro Cyclist Mode is not reliable. I need help because i really want to play this game.
If someone has any idea or a way how to play Pro Cyclist Mode without crashing, please reply.
