Pro Cycling Manager

hi,
after months of playing pcm 2015 tha game wont start anymore.. it gives this error:


i try alot of things to fix this !!
like deactivate the license on the computer or uninstall pcm and install again !
and today i try'd to unninstall everything even steam but still not working..

please help me.

but i get no answer yet..
