Pro Cycling Manager

When i start the game i havent the acces to pro team etc . Is there a installation wich i must download? And where i find that??

The game is not fully installed yet.
You can play the Challenge mode only while the game is installed on the hard disk.
Once the game fully installed (10-20 minutes), this will unlock all game modes.
