Hello,
I have XBOX ONE console
Sometimes I launch the game and the window with LOGIN PROFILE LOADING hangs and I cannot go in next screen
The only way seems to delete local games and restart game, cloud savings are synchronized and I can play again.
But yesterday, with same hanging problem, after local saved games deletion and resync in Microsoft cloud I have a critical issue: my saved has disappeared !! That's strange because all challenged appears, stars are present in screen but no saved at all....I don't want to restart again the challenges (I had 9 billions credits !!!)
Could you help me please ?
