Can't play multiplayer

I'm having some trouble with the multiplayer in PCM15, when I enter the multiplayer section, I get a message saying that the ports are tested and that the wait might be longer, it also says that the port UDP 17851 needs to be opened.
When I enter the game I never can connect to races, it loads for a long time and I get a few trying to connect messages but it never works.
I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this problem?
