Dear Focus,

I write this petition as Admin of Cycling Manager Italia and organizer of the last PCM World Cup, in request and representation of our community of online players.

We really appreciate the effort you did in the development of Pro Cycling Manager 2016, specially regarding the new multiplayer mode and the customization using steam Workshop.

But there is a bug that prevent us to play fairly in friend multiplayer and this bug persisted after the last 1.6 patch. It's daily forms that remains active in multiplayer mode, online, even if you deactivate them. In the pictures, two examples.




If those bug will persist during this year, this will mean that no community could grant a fair PCM World Cup with PCM 2016 as it means that even with an equal DB there will be random advantages given by forms.

I ask privately to Cyanide to let players remove that and they grant me this will be done in PCM 2017.
As i understood that is not Cyanide that decide the development of the games, but Focus, I, in the name of My community and PCM online players, ask Focus to fix this in PCM 2016.

This will help all the multiplayer communities of the game, that is active, to organize fair competitions for all and a fair PCM World Cup at the end of the year.

I totally agree. The multi-player overhaul that has been done for pcm 16, whilst being definitely better than the previous editions in general, just makes you lose all the hype once you realise you have no way to play fairly like you used to in the past. At this point you might as well organise tournaments on PCM 15 and it would value players' skills a lot more.

Furthermore, a potential PCM world cup would lose all its prestige. How can you compare your achievement in PCM 16, where you are not sure you played the best or just were luckier as in FIFA because of scripting, to a win in <PCM 15? This is just going to cause a lot of arguments if any big tournaments at all are organised, and certainly, the turn out is going to be a lot lower. This change, bug or not, can only damage the PCM franchise.

Jup, agreed. The disconnect with the community is actually insane if they thought removing the option to turn off daily forms was ok. Other than that though, the online compartment of the game seems to have been greatly improved this year (at least after the latest patches), so good job on that guys!

I agree. Make it possible to deactivate it, like it is possible in ladder mode already.

I also would like a soft daily form mode (max -2 and +2).

PS. Multiplayer mode seems to be deactivated completely today. When is it back up?

I agree and hope that we can get Daily Form taken out of PCM16 (and all future PCM) multiplayer
