CRASH: How to report a game crash

Please provide a Microsoft DirectX diagnostic report, the Crash Report and the Game Log to the technical support for investigation with the developers.

A. How to provide a Microsoft DirectX diagnostic report:

1. Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the 'Run dialog box' and type: DXDIAG
2. Click the button 'OK'.
3. Click the button 'Save All Information...'.
4. Save the file 'DxDiag.txt' and close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

B. How to provide the Crash Report and the Game Log:

1. Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
2. Click on 'Documents' under 'Computer' or 'This PC'.
3. Open the folder 'Pro Cycling Manager 2016'.
4. Right click on the folder 'CrashReport' and click 'Send To' then 'Compressed (zipped)'.
5. The Game Log is the file 'Pro Cycling Manager 2016.log' located in the folder 'Pro Cycling Manager 2016' too.

Send in attachment the files 'DxDiag.txt', 'CrashReport.zip' and 'Pro Cycling Manager 2016.log' with a description of the problem to: support@focus-home.com
