Black Screen on Homepage

Recently bought the new PCM, after uninstalling PCM14. Trying to run the game through Steam, the opening credits are very blurry and out of focus, i know i have poor graphics on this laptop, but PCM 14 worked on this laptop before. Once i exit the opening credits the opening screen is just black/blank with the opening screen music playing in the background, unable to click/see anything after the opening credits.
