PCM2010 Problem with Standard Install

With Stage Editor Bruges, Noirmoutier and Compiégne are present in context menu of Monument, but the graphical object is not generate ! ( just one red spot ).
These files are missing from the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Saison 2010\3D\Landscapes\Monuments"
