The hill stat does not work in pcm 17. It does not matter what kind of race you play or the effort your rider makes. There is no difference between a rider with 50 or with 85 on hill.

You can see it in this video from suigfdhuib and i did some test myself to be sure.

Yes. I hope solve it in the first patch. And the problem with sprint with few riders (paris-roubaix, intermediate, etc...)

Have you tried with an effort higher than 85?
The Hill stat now begins its effect at 86.
