The breakaway wins almost all the time (mostly flat stages).
The peleton chaces very hard but the break is still able to stay away.

Can you please fix this?

Yes, that's annoying. In pro cyclist mode especially.

No, I play a career with Trek.

Just done Dubai tour in career mode with trek.
3 from the 4 stages were won by the break. In the only mass sprint, the break was caught on the line.
I controlled the pack (together with Quickstep) by relaying on effort 90 and the break doesn't loose any time. The gap stays around 50-60sec.

The same here. 6 my riders on 85-90 effort and gap still 50 sec. When they are dead peloton not chasing and gap rise to 3 min. Peloton start chasing and work pretty hard but breakaway (9 riders) win with almost 1 min gap.

Yeah there is a real issue with breaks on flat stages, they are almost impossible to catch even with a 20km 99 effort the time gap doesn't move one bit, and that's on career mode.

Will this be fixed.
It's no fun when you want to sprint but the peloton isn't able to catch any breakaway on flat stages!

Just dit last stage of Algarve. Only 80km and I rode almost the whole stage on 80-85 effort but the gap was never smaller then 1 minute or so. Very annoying
