New Steam Code

My brother has bought PCM 2017 and now he plays it, I want it too. I just have one problem: it only can be played with his steam-account, because of the Product Code. I wondered if someone has a solution for this or can give me something like an email-adress where I can begin wieh begging for a new Product Code.
