Pro Cycling Manager

Hello , i just bought the game yesterday.. i did the tutorial, i read the Manual of the game.. but i didnt understand nothing.. I started to play with Nibali's Team .. and yeah i didnt win something... i dont understand what to do in the race... if someone of you can help me with some advices , i will be very happy.

Honeslty it would be too long to tell you how to play if you just start. The best advice that I can give you is to watch gameplay videos on Youtube to see how player manage their riders and after that the more you are gonna play, the more you're gonna improve.
