I think you will be limited to 85 on climb and 80 on time trial. You have a max potential but i think its not the same on every career. I have a tip to check if you are close to your potential:
-To check mountain try to see if sprinter train expected effect decrease your montain, if yes you are 2stats away from you max.
-Do the same with puncher training to check your time trial.
Or you can just DL PCM FAST EDITOR just to check your potential.
It will be hard for you to target other stats than your best stats when you will be close to your max potential ( because of the decrease if you change training), so i suggest to train your weak stats before geting very high on your strong stats.
