Could not load/save a game

Hi,

I have buy your game but is not possible for me to load a saved game...
The list of my saved games is empty.

On the other hand, the game crashes when I try to display the options.

Game version: 1.0.2.3
OS: Windows 10

This is a block issue for me. Could you help me with this?

Can you send the crash to the crash report with the description 'Save bug Forum' please ?
Can you send me a MP when it is done ?

Sorry but the crash reporter displays me an error. Acces Denied to the C:\Users\usuario\Documents\PCM2017\CrashReport\2017....'

I have checked that the path not exists

How can I solve this?

Hello,
After investigation it appears that some profiles ( 62 exactly ) were created with a space at the end of name
Our game does not like it at all
=> For players who have already created an account, we will remove the space from the profile name
=> We will fix the game, so that it wont happen again ( hot fix 1.0.2.4 maybe today )

Hi,

It seems that this hot fix not solve my problems.

I cannot save and load a game and I cannot check my game options.

In addition I cannot send you the log error via Cyanide.

These errors are blocking my main game functions. Please, could you check it?

Please configure PCM17 in administrator mode at startup:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Pro Cycling Manager 2017' and click 'Properties'.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Right click on the application 'PCM64' (PCM64.exe) and click 'Properties'.
5. Click the tab 'Compatibility'.
6. Check 'Run this program as an administrator' and click the button 'OK'.
