Please reset Pro Cycling Manager 2017:
1. Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
2. Click 'Documents' under 'Libraries' or 'This PC'.
3. Delete the folder 'Pro Cycling Manager 2017'.
4. Open the 'Local Disk (C:)' under 'Computer' or 'This PC'.
5. Open the folder 'Users' then the Windows user name.
6. Open the folder 'AppData' (*) then the folder 'Roaming'.
7. Delete the folder 'Pro Cycling Manager 2017'.
8. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
9. Right click on 'Pro Cycling Manager 2017' and click 'Properties'.
10. Click the tab 'UPDATES'.
11. Uncheck 'Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Pro Cycling Manager 2017' under 'Steam Cloud'.
12. Click the button 'CLOSE' and run the game.
Note: the Steam Cloud for Pro Cycling Manager 2017 will be automatically enabled again and the Cloud storage for the game reseted.
(*) The 'AppData' folder is an hidden folder by default, to view this folder:

- Open 'Windows Explorer' from the taskbar.
- Click 'Organize' then 'Folder and search options'.
- Click the tab 'View' and check 'Show hidden files, folders and drives' under 'Hidden files and folders' from 'Advanced Settings'.
- Click the button 'OK'.
WINDOWS 8/WINDOWS 10
- Open 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
- Click the tab 'View' and check 'Hidden items'.
