Game not starting, error (0xc000007b)

i just bought pcm 2017 and install it. unfortunately the game won't start,
i get this message: application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
i run game with administrator privilege and install the latest .net and C++ redistributable
i use a X550J asus laptop, 4 Gb ram, 2 Gb video cart nvidia 950m gtx processor i5-4200H 2.8 Ghz on windows 10 64 bit
what can i do to make it run...
