Gtx 1050 Ti de 4go - Bad video memory

I bought an Acer Aspire V17 Nitro Black Edition with an I7-7700HQ, a GTX 1050 Ti card of 4GB and 8GB of Ram
After a clean installation of the latest installation of windows, steam and games + two db workshop, I launched the game and he offered me presets MEDIUM.
In Display Device I can see the model of the graphics card but against it is the wrong amount of video memory here it me 128mo instead of 4096.
I checked on my desktop and there I have good video memory.
Could you help me.
