Pro Cycling Manager

Hello,
after playing the game a little bit, I realized that there are many well known riders who are underperforming badly. Landa & Carapaz for example are losing time on almost every flat stage. Also riders like Alaphilippe who should be contender for hilly stages is dropped very early and doesnt play a role for a stage win at all.
Will you sort this issue out?

It's really getting on my nerves seeing Kwiatkowski, Valgren (two of some really overpowered riders) finishing high mountain stages before Froome, M. A. Lopez etc (really underpowered riders)

Takes away quite a lot of fun
