Hello ive must win the criterium international.
whos is the best ride (that I can get) for this ? Anacoda??

Yes how do you proceed in the Tour Mode by winning the Criterium, when you have to win overall with the shitty riders you can buy? Got the best available mountain riders and it's not possible for me to win. There is always one rider having way more energy left at the final climb. I have tried 6-7 time by now!

Any tips??

I have the same problem, I can't win the Criterium after so many times.

This is so badly implemented. This system forced me to try the criterium 7 times, with dauphine afterwards. Only to find out that no of the available riders can win without having to try 100 times. Waste of time!

Developers, what is you goal with this? To drag it out for players? At least please tell us how it should be done, so that we don't waste more time on this.

First time i had to ride the tour i was at more than 10 minutes after the cobblestones. I couldn't play a big role without having reinforcements for my team first, although i managed to get the polkadot jersey, 6th place in overall standings and a few stage wins

I will try it with anacona! Maybe he is good enough

Which rider did you win with and which game difficulty?

Taaramae beats me every time in criterium. He deoes it with 30-45 seconds, which I cannot get ahead in the time trail. If I try to follow him with as low effort as possible, I hit the wall early. If I attack early, he always catches me and destroyed me. I tried with Niemec, Anacona and Riblon several times with each on professional difficulty. I though that maybe I played the new game mechanics wrong, so I just started a regular tour to test the climbing balance. I won big in my first 2 mountain stages. I can't see what I'm doing wrong in the pro tour mode.

Now I have money enough to by any rider I want. But I just can't proceed past the criterium and it's frustrating.

I did it with nibali on normal difficulty mode, I also won the tour with nibali in my 4th season.

You cannot buy Nibali until you win the Criterium with the cheapest riders. I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing. Which rider did you use first time? First time to unlock more riders.

And there is one thing I didnt get , why are all objectives for mountain riders? Is Giant in the tour because of their climb abilities? No
