As I see it, the 1/5 scale is perfect as it is now. They have found a nice balance here and i love it. I don't mind the fact that sprints start around 1,5 km before the finishing line.

My opinion is that the scale 1/2 should recover half, was the great feature of the game in TDF 11 and 12. This scale made us unforgettable moments in racing and was offering us a greater realism than the current scale, which see very fast and crazy and has nothing to do with actual cycling and cycling is very close to arcade. As a faithful follower of cycling, the previous scale transmit many better feeling and more real than the present. Every time I get spectacular mountain passes TDF13 as Mont Ventoux or Alpe d'Huez, I remember with sadness as uploading scale would have been 1/2, or stages which are excesive chrono short because of the scale, well as the sprints that are made more than 1km from the finish.
Besides no sense played about 200 kms a flat stage, I think any user performs, so do not see the sense in designing them in full.

True followers of this game, are the authentic cycling fans and casual users, who can purchase this year but the next game and not buy it.
