Cant play Windows 8,1

Just updated my computer to Windows 8,1 but now the game dosen´t Work anymore.

Its not possible to downgrade to WIndows 8,0 Again.
What can i do so the game will Work Again?

I have bought the game direct from www.cycling-manager.com
But here on Windows 8,1 i cant even run the exe files.
So i uninstalled the game but i cant install the game Again.

Windwos 8.1 cant run the .exe file from cyanid/focus?
not as administrator and not set in compatibility mode for win 7 or other.

Please help me

If i buy a new game from Steam will it Work?

Is it possible that you get my activation key and cancel it and send me a activation key i can use on steam instead?

You can install the update 1.0.4.0 on the digital version of the game too:

Click http://focus-files.com/patchs/pcm13/Set ... .0.0.0.exe
Save the file Setup-Patch-1.0.4.0-From-1.0.0.0.exe on the Desktop of Windows (from Computer then Desktop).
Once the download done, right click Setup-Patch-1.0.4.0-From-1.0.0.0.exe and click Run as administrator.
