Fitness Question

Message14 Oct 2010, 01:10

Hey, due to a lack of attention, i accidentally put Peter Sagan (20 years) with a few too much race days, so instead of 20 possible points on the fitness he has 18 or 19.

Will that number go back to 20 or is he a little burned?

I'm in September, so can it be fatigue or actually burned?

I also have a few more older cyclists in this situation. Please answer

By the way, there should be a section on this forum explaining these technical details, such has managing the form and setting up a train.

Please answer.

One more thing,

When we decide if the training of a cyclist should be Stage Races, Hilly Classics, Northern Classics, and so and so on... what will the improvements be on the personal attributes?

It's obvious that stage races will improve recovery, hilly classics improves hills, northern classics improves cobbles... But what about the other attributes like resistance and endurance? Which kind of training improves the most of each attribute? Know what I'm saying? THere's definitly a lack of information regarding this.

Please answer

here are the answers for the 2nd post

The numbers in this list indicate a training boost for that particular skill. If there is a 0 or not even a column (downhill/prologue) then it means that the skill will increase at normal speed whatever training you select (and not that he will not train that skill at all).
