Pro Cycling Manager 2011 Problem

Message04 Juil 2011, 19:41

Hi,
my name is Rodrigo, I bought the Pro Cycling Manager yesterday and I'm having serious problems with it, Which are:
1. I can't play, and that's it!

I don't know what else should I try to fix it!
I've download it, installed it, activated it, and then when I run the autorun it askes if I want the update, and I installed the update, but then when I click "play" it doesn't happen anything, However in the task Manager it apears "PCM.exe" and the memory climbs more or less to 146 K and then it desapears and the game won't start! I thought maybe it was from the donwload, so I download it again, and installed it, and result was the same! And I have more than the recommended system configuration!
I have:
- OS: windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bit, with SP1
- PROCESSOR: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6500 2.94 GHz
- RAM: 4 GB (but with the 32 bit it only uses 3.25GB of Ram)
- GRAPHIC CARD: Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT

Please Help me, I'm going nuts, I really want to play this game!

I'd bet for an antivirus problem. Many antivirus are quite paranoiac and block everything, except what they are suppose to block..

Try to shut your anti virus or windows firewall down and it might work better.

Sounds like it could be a problem with your graphics card.Looking at the specs of your graphics card it looks like it is a desk top that you have as it is mostly the M series that you find in laptops.Try updating your graphics drivers and that might work. You can update your driver here.

thanks for the help, I've made everything like that and it still does not work! :x
i'm thinking that the 32 bit of the windows 7 is a possible reason of this problem, what do you think? should I install the 64 bit windows 7 or leave it how it is?
