Can you tell me, what is the use of pleasing my sponsor in the career?
I think sponsor satisfaction does not influence budget and contract length. The length is fixed, can't be extended and the budget doesn't change over the years.
Searching for a new sponsor is also independent from it.
So what is the use of plesaing my sponsor?
