PCM Crashes when I try to play.

So I bought yesterday new pcm. I play a two stages and third was crashed.So I re-started the game and there was an suprise. The game start normal with intro and after the "focus" logo the game crashes. The music are still playing but the screen are black and the game come back to windows. I reinstall the game, install patch, graphic card drivers, and anything help me.
So guys have you any ideas how to help me ?

I see that many players have problem with this crash.
I write to cyanide support. They told me to delete the pcm folder in documents and than start the game but it doesn't help

No help. They told me the same and the problem carry on. Is so frustrating. And they don't give us help. We pay for the game and we can't play. Incredible.

ehhh... neither guys from pcm daily haven't had any ideas how to help with this crash.
I'm really angry about this. :/

Do this:
- Uninstall the game
- Delete pcm folder in my documents
- Delete pcm folder in %APPDATA% (type it in the explorer bar, then press enter)
- Install the game
- Install the patch 1.0.3.0
- Install the DB
- Rename the video folder
- Unplug your internet
- Switch off your Anti virus
- Start the game

IT REALLY WORK!!!!
