My 5 cents, improvements

Scouting:

there is something wrong here. My mythical scout with 10 in mountain, found a "Future Star", i then scoutet him, he had 50 in moutain, and his highest stat whas 56 in edurance, there where many others, he did not find anyone who whould turn out to be more than a amateur.
What is the point of hiring a 30.000 a month scout, when the scout reports a so wrong.

here is how it should be.
Scouts: chance of being right.
Regional:20%
Natianal:40%
International:60%
Mythical:80%

Also there seams to be an overflow of young puncher riders.

You should also be able to scout the potential(stars), there is a much to big a risk hiring a young rider, when not knowing the potential.

Also please fix the downhill problem with young riders, has been there for many editions now.

This is not for you to work on Pcm2012, but improvements for Pcm2011, this should not be hard to implement...

You can be 100% sure we won't take any suggestions for PCM11 right now. This is not like we had plenty of time to implement new features..

Okay, but most of the scouting part, could be corrected by changing some numbers in some files.

Eyolfur: am i right if i change the numbers in Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011\GamePlay\YoungRiderCarac, the stats of the regens will change in game?

If you would have read the manual or clicked on that small question mark, you should have found out that it is up to you to select if you want to have additional money in the budget for your staff or not. So it is in the game and even better as you suggested.

So you think that 12-15.000 is more than enough for 4 coaches, a scout and a medic?

I know you are probably cloose to being finish with PCM2012. but i urge you to take a cloose look at training.

As it is at the monemt it is impossible to train the fighter stats, when you reach 2020+ ingame no young regens have a figther stat higher than 65, either you should make it so you can train it or they should receive a higher fighter stat number in the YoungRiderCarac.

Also the scouts reports, my mythical 10 mountain scout a 20 yr old mountain rider. 55 i mountain stat and the scout says he is a no hoper. i then check him via Lachi's editor. The 20 yr old mountain rider is a potential 7 and his stats could reach Contador level.

Also there is a memory bug, which have been in the past 2 PCM's, SCREEN 1. if you right clicks while on this screen and try to renew a riders contract, when you have offered him the contract and get back to the screen(general) the game become "slugish" until you move away from that screen, SCREEN 2.also happens when you are one of the others screens and press continue and come directly back to the same screen the next day, it becomes sluggisg, does not happen if you are taking to the news/inbox section
