PCM 2012 doesn´t start

1. Please uninstall PCM12 then download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool:

2. Run 'Microsoft .NET Repair Tool.exe' application file and follow the instructions.
3. Install and update PCM12.

Hi,

Uninstalled PCM 2012, ran the tool you suggested, Reinstalled PCM2012, Reinstalled latest patch, tried to open PCM2012 again still same error, followed instructions from the repair tool, tool now says "The tool is unable to resolve the installation issue on your computer" and the following code...

I would like to add that if I try to start PCM 2012 it still gives exact the same error.

I have SP1 on my vista, but could it be a problem that I never installed any Windows updates on my Vista since its a offline computer...?

Anyone, please help! I would like to play the game, bought it more than a week ago still can't play

Please click the Windows Start button then Computer.
Click 'Uninstall or change a program' button.
Uninstall all versions of Microsoft .Net Framework (3.0, 3.5, 4.0).
Restart the computer then install PCM12.

If I look there I find none of those framework programs!

Please open your Pro Cycling Manager 2012 folder located in "C:\Program Files\Cyanide" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\" and run the PCM.EXE application file.
Can you start the game now?

Still can't open it! Gives the same error..

Still can't play the game, would love some help otherwise I'am forced to return the game to the shop!
